Some new kitchen cabinets New drywall above the kitchen A new master tub, cause the old one blew up Probably some new countertops Some basic landscaping, but nothing too crazy. And, I'm sure there is something else, but I can't think of it at the moment. My guy says he can do it in a couple of weeks and for a little over 20k, but I'd rather pass this along to someone else. I'm giving it exactly 2 weeks before he starts, and then I'm charging full retail and going to attempt to squeeze every last dime when I sell this. But, until then, I'm really flexible....and, like I said, it's fine if you have bad credit. I can work with you.
