Hello! Seriosuly I have been looking EVERY day since June for an affordable place since June and having no luck what so ever. Why I would make an excellent renter? Well... 1. I do not drink 2. I do not smoke 3. I do not party 4. I am a homebody whose biggest hobbies are scrapbooking and movie watching 5. Clean 6. Quiet 7. Reliable...NEVER missed a rent payment and always on time 8. Employed at the same job for almost 10 years 9. Looking for a long term rental 10. Honest 11. Sincere 12. Helpful 13. Respectful...you respect me and I willdo that right back What I am looking for is a house, detatched granny unit/in-law unit,or apartment in the area of Monterey, Pacific Grove, or Carmel. Now I didn't choose these areas for stauts...this is the area where I grew up, feel safe in, and want to remain. What I can afford is $900 a month but could probably go a bit higher depending on if utilities were included. Now you may be asking yourself why is such a great renter having such a hard time finding a place. Well, I can only think of one reason and that is one of the greatest loves of my life...my hairless (which means no shedding and no fleas) rescue cat (who is also my therapy cat since I suffer from depression...no need for medication with her in my life). My cat means the world to me and never want to part with her but because of that love I am unable to find a place, and I would never be the kind of person to sneak a pet into a place where pets aren't allowed. Oh, and I also have a small tank of fish. Said I was honest. Why am I any different than any other pet lover? Well, I have 24 years experience working in the animal care field and have been working at a local animal hospital for 10 years so far and can supply excellent refrences from doctors, co-workers, and clients. Also I am more than willing to supply a pet deposit. If anyone out there has something like this or knows of someone who does please feel free to e-mail be.
