There are lots of game trails and areas of orange flint rock. This unique, historical property has not been offered for sale for several generations. There is public road access in different locations. Electricity (not a transmission line) crosses the property. Although most of this property is in the city limits of Cranfills Gap, it is the buyers (or buyers agents) responsibility to ascertain if city utilities will be available. No minerals will convey.
