This includes internet, water, electric, and trash. Payment is due the first of each month. There is no security deposit required. You will have to be put on the lease, which ends on April 5th, 2019. There is an application fee of $50 and a criminal background check as well as a credit check as required by the leasing office. About us: We. - are ovo-vegetarians - love working out, being active outdoors, and taking our dogs on walks - each have a bachelor's degree (English and Exercise Science) - usually spend our evenings with a homemade dinner and Netflix You will be a great fit for us if you: - LOVE animals.more than people! 🐶😺(Sorry, we cannot accept additional pets at this time. ) - are okay with an mmj patient (We also have drinks occasionally, and we don't mind if you do so as well as long as it is not excessive. ) - are quiet, respectful, and CLEAN! (I take pride in having a very clean and orderly space, so I hope you do as well! ) - We would love to have another fellow vegetarian or vegan, but this is not a deal breaker! If you smoke, that can be done on the balcony. One or two guests are welcome, but we ask that noise be kept to a minimum. Keep in mind that guests will have to pay for a parking pass if they visit after 7pm.
