It currently sits on a rental lot which is $305/month, includes water/garbage. Or $175/month for vacant trailer. Lot size is 42x64 Ft. The trailer is 1961 Atlantic Brodmore 720sq Ft. 12ft wide 60f Long and 7ft Tall. Rooms are 12X11 and 12X9. Restroom is 8X9. Kitchen 12X11. Living room 16X 11. Will include all 4 window units, electric stove, fridge and washer.has room for a dryer but I don't have one. Laundry room on site. Small room and restroom had cieling leaks, room and RR have white paneling that I used when I cut out the water damage. Kitchen doesn't have cabinets. 19Gallon Water heater installed in Febuary. Also has an 8X4 wood storage outside. Trailer is in decent shape and could use some TLC but it's liveable. I just need something bigger. Also, it cannot be moved due to a rusted 10ft frame beam in the rear. Asking 7, 600 cash obo. No owner finance. Also, renters must sign a contract and have a satisfactory background check.
