One mile from Sherman Oaks Galleria and Ventura Blvd. Target, Staples, Ralphs, Whole Foods, Costco, CVS, CHASE, 24 Hour Fitness, LA Fitness all very close-by. I live in the main house next to the guest house. I am looking for the right fit as there will be occasional interactions passing in the laundry room and on shared exterior property- not in a hurry to pick just anyone. If you are a moody, angry person, do not apply. I have an amazing guest house in a super quiet, very nice, safe, family neighborhood.
