Alarm system, carbon monoxide detector and fire alarms. Kitchen has all appliances, pots and pans, stove, oven, refrigerator. Bath has tub and shower. Please ask if you have a small pet, There will be an extra deposit but each situation is different. I do not always allow pets because it is furnished. Old 1927 California cabin in the hills over looking the Hollywood sign, observatory and Silver lake reservoir. The house is not updated. We like it rustic. Please know that going in. This 2 bed 1 bath house is fully furnished and does have my personal belongings in one of the closets as well as furniture etc. This includes DVD, record player, TV, records, Apple TV etc. Basically a sub-lease, be respectful of furniture and decorations, leaving them as they are. The house is walking distance to all amenities, grocery, yoga, pubs, restaurants and public transport. This is a temporary let 1-3 months with a possibility to extend month to month. Extensions after the initial contract may not always be okay as the owner does use the property from time to time. There is a living room, extra seating room space, dining room, full kitchen, laundry room that is shared with the next-door tenants, Full both, both bedrooms have a seating area, full closets and a queen size bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with a small dining room. Smoking outside. The house is not set up for young children and no pets please. You will need to get your own saleers insurance policy, they run about $16 parking is street. Still available at ListedBuy!
