Trails have actually already been made through the forest for satisfying hiking. Around the residence there is a huge yard, apple and pear trees and raised beds ready for your yard. The well was newly drilled in 2011 and produces cold, scrumptious water. This home is 15 minutes from Marquette, 10 minutes from the shopping location, and 25 minutes from CCI. Noquemanon Trail access is just to the north and access to Dead River Basin simply to the south. We are asking $199,500 for this home, below appraisal value.
