Kitchens feature granite countertops, under mount sink, glass tile backsplashes, White microwave units above stove with outside venting, garbage disposal, and dishwasher. The bedrooms are very large and have generous closet space. Most ceilings are 9 to 10 feet in height and all ceilings between units were insulated during renovations with floor insulation installed under the hardwood floors.
