The community amenities include a saltwater pool, BBQ/picnic area, bike storage, elevators, package receiving services, and valet trash/recycling services. The clubhouse has a very nice fitness center, Maker's Room (for all your projects), office space/meeting room, and lots of room to lounge. The community hosts resident events monthly for you to meet your neighbors and take in the downtown scene. APARTMENT INFORMATION. This two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment is one of the newest in downtown Indianapolis! The apartment measures 1052 square feet and features quartz countertops, high ceilings, two walk-in closets, and a modern design. The apartment includes air conditioning (controlled by an electronic thermostat), efficient appliances (refrigerator, dishwasher, and washer/dryer included), and a Juliet balcony. All of our utilities have been very reasonable, due, in part to the new, energy efficient construction. Each bedroom has a walk-in closet and plenty of room for a bed, dresser, and nightstands. Currently, our second bedroom serves as both a guest room and our office - room for both! The master bedroom has a connecting bathroom and a second (guest) bathroom is located by the second bedroom. The size of this apartment is great and would be perfect for a family or roommates. The living room/kitchen area is so spacious for a downtown rental! There is plenty of cabinet-space in the kitchen for all of your appliances and cooking tools - rare for a downtown apartment. The kitchen island can be used for seating with barstools (2-4 stools can fit, comfortably). RENT DETAILS. This 2BD/2BA apartment is available for sublease through August 28, 2015 and move-in date is somewhat negotiable. Monthly rental fees to be paid to the apartment complex are as follows: Rent: $1700 Trash: $25 Water/Sewer: Dependent on usage In addition to the monthly rental fees (outlined above), a non-refundable $250 fee is owed upon move-in to cover administrative fees involved with reletting. You, as a subletter, will be required to complete an application through Circa and be approved as a resident before our sublet agreement can be finalized. Circa may require an additional deposit from you based upon your application. You will be responsible for the following utilities: water and sewer (paid to Circa, dependent upon usage), electric (through Indianapolis Power and Light), cable/internet (through Brighthouse, if you choose to have cable and internet service). The Circa clubhouse does provide free WiFi and the signal reaches our apartment, but isn't always the strongest. Parking on the complex is paid and we currently have two, one-car garages. These garages rent for $175 each, per month. If you are looking for parking for two cars (plus storage space), this is perfect for you! If you are not interested in garages, let me know and I can see if the apartment can provide alternate parking arrangements (covered parking and uncovered lot parking are available for various fees). Pets are allowed at this apartment complex for an additional $25 month (breed and size restrictions do apply) and may require additional deposits. If you plan to bring a pet, let me know and I will confirm these charges with the leasing office.
