It's located on the border of Hasidic South Williamsburg, Bed-Stuy and Clinton Hill. I know that is a lot of neighborhoods for one apartment, but we're really in the no man's land between all three. We've got a giant kitchen, with an island/bar, a living room with a projector, 1 1/2 bathrooms, a storage room, and a workroom. The workroom exists for messy projects, arts & crafts, art, bicycle repair, etc. It's usually fairly clean but it's not a big deal if a project is going to take awhile and sits out. We have limited rooftop access. There is a freight elevator that can be used to move large or heavy things in or out of the apartment, but it is manually operated so it cannot be used for passengers. We throw parties a few times a year with bands and DJs and we all help out working the door, or behind the bar, or whatever all night. Our household money is earned through these parties.
