We paid over $14,000 for these units A and B and with having 5 active children, we've never been able to use them, however, we've always been able to rent them every year we've owned it. These units and this designated week are currently selling for $16,990. The deed is for week 46. For 2012 the dates are Nov. 17th - Nov. 24th. This week is many times over the Thanksgiving holiday. What a way to celebrate the holiday with your family. There are NO weekly fees just the annual maintenance fees and taxes that are approximately $865/year. This makes a 7 night stay in a 5 Star Resort that sleeps 8 people $124/night. Check in is Saturday after 4pm and check out the following Saturday by 10am. The Bonaventure Country Club Golf course is also on the property. As guest of the resort you will receive a discounted rate to play. If this week for the 2012 calendar year doesn't work for you then we can get the paperwork processed and have it closed for the 2013 year.
