The timeshare is for a "Captains" room which varies in size from 250 to 361 square feet with a kitchen, dining area, big screen TV, stove, refigerator, dishwasher, dining table and complete kitchen appliances, bathroom and pull down murphy bed that is very comfortable. In October and November of 2013 the facility is going through a complete renovation that will upgrade all of the rooms to newer and more modern furnishings that will keep this investment good for many years to come. The facility includes a pool and jacuzzi with a barbecue for grilling with family and friends. Right accross the street from the facility is the beach and parks with basketball, bocce ball and paths to walk your pet, ride a bike and take long walks with your loved one. The facility has upper level parking for security and convenience. Also included on the premises is a laundry room and meeting room where you can play cards with friends and where they serve a Sunday continental breakfast. The facility is secure where keys are required for entry from the outside. Thus, only the owners can gain access. Further, the management company is on premises to limit any problems. Maintenance fees average about $500 per year. Thus, each year your average savings over a normal stay would be about $600 to $700 per year.
