The main building is on a slab while the addition is on a stem wall. It has been renovated. The flooring is total laminate, no carpet. There has been 12 new doors with casing and base through out the house. There is a new laundry room adjoining the master bedroom. The master bedroom is 19 ft x 15 ft m /l with a double door entry closet. In this room as every regular room, not the baths, there is a ceiling fan with a light kit. In the baths and the laundry there is a vented exhaust with a light. The living room is 20 ft by 15 ft m /l. The baths have been updated with new toilets, bases, sinks and faucets. I left the shower / tub enclosures as they were in good condition. The master bath is actually two rooms. The sink and storage area in one room and the toilet and shower in another.The roof is newly done by Barnes Roofing. They provide a three year labor warranty along with the Gaf Elk company 30 year warranty. The shingles are Timberline, Hunter Green, high definition architectural shingles. The kitchen is basically white and country looking. It has a two seat bar adjoining the counter area.The other two bedrooms are around 11' by 11" and 11' by 8'm/l. All bedrooms and the living room have closets for storage.Any windows in the home that had obstructed view have had the glass replaced. The exterior has two porches,both are covered. One at the front door entrance and one at the living room entrance. The yard here is awesome. It is about 7 acres m /l with at least 6 trails for jogging or four wheeling. The front acreage is kept neat while the back is left in typical woods style to provide a natural environment for animals. The pictures attached will help though you can go on to Google Earth, find Ralph, scroll towards the top right to 625 and find the property. If you get bored riding or jogging around in the yard, just pull out of the driveway and you can go as far as you like. For the gun enthusiast you can shoot right on the property as we do. Some times the neighbors get together and target shoot. There is a barn, shop, unattached which is 30 by 30 on a slab. It has a second floor loft which is about 15 by 30. This provides approximately 1350 sq ft of storage and work space. This is more room than some homes in the area. The shop has a side entrance door and a large powered roll up door which is remote controlled for easy access. It also has electric power and lighting on both floors. Next to the Garage is a 20'x26' Carolina Carport to relieve space in the shop. The house is heated and cooled by a central air system. There is also a good size wood stove in the main kitchen area for heat. This stove produces an enormous amount of warmth. The water comes from a well. The well has good pressure and we drink the water and use it for cooking. My intentions are to include in the purchase the stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, washer and dryer and two riding mowers. The real estate will be sold as is. I purchased it that way. The asking price for the property is $149,900.00. After the Homestead credit my property tax for 2013 was $559.57.
