Looking for someone to sublease my bedroom so I can move back home. It's at the off campus housing, 48 West, it's in a 4 bed 4.5 bath townhouse, you will have 3 male roommates. The best feature is that you have your own private bathroom, trust me, it's nice not having to share. The rent is about $400 a month and your utilities will run you probably an extra $50-$75 depending on usage. You have free internet and cable which is also a nice feature. The lease runs all the way through July 31st but you can opt out in June but it'll be a little more $$ each month. You're literally right around the block from campus, so you can drive there everyday and not drain your gas tank. There's also a bus stop near the commons, it's like a 1-2 minute walk to get there. All busses run through there so you can go downtown if you have classes downtown. I need to get this room subleased as soon as possible so I can move back home.
