I am looking for a female to sublease my 1/1 (bedroom & private bathroom) in a 4/3 at Campus Club Apartments formerly known as Gateway at Gainesville. It is on the first floor. There are currently no pets in the apartment but I will check to see if my roommates what pets they feel comfortable with, if any. The rent is ALL INCLUSIVE at just $369/mo!! That includes utilities, cable, and internet. Furniture is also included (full size bed w/ headboard, desk & chair, dresser, and a night stand). There are 3 other girls that live there. The lease ends August 2013. An approved guarantor will be needed and there is a $50 fee for that process (application and credit check). If the guarantor is not approved then 3 months rent is required. There is a $300 subleasing fee. I am willing to work out a deal/agreement with the fees (not the rent), but depending on the timing I can pay the total $350 in subleasing fees then the person taking over the lease can start with that month's rent.
