The winter months have always rented as a furnished studio apartment for $1200 a month, which includes all utilities, Wi-Fi, and cable. The landscaping was also all new here and the terrace in front with new fencing all the way around the property. There's a rose garden to the back of the home and perennials all throughout the gardens for easy maintenance. Many upgrades, so the house is now functionally as perfect as can be for the new owner. There is nothing major that needs to be done. There's also a new furnace in the main house it was put in in 2023.
